Welcome to The Reformer Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS and Android apps and our website (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. This document is informational and is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
3.1 Registration
To use most features you create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information
- Keep your details up to date
- Keep your password confidential
- Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account
- Take responsibility for activity under your account
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to protect them.
4. Subscriptions and payments
4.1 Plans
- Monthly: €7,99 per month
- Annual: €69,99 per year
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
4.2 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges for your chosen plan.
- You are charged at the start of each billing period.
- Billing runs through your Apple ID (iOS), Google account (Android), or our web payment processor.
- Renewal is charged shortly before the current period ends.
- We never store your full card details — they are handled by Apple, Google, or our processor.
4.3 Free trials
We may offer trials from time to time. If you do not cancel before a trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → The Reformer Club → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → The Reformer Club → Cancel.
- Web: Account → Manage subscription → customer portal.
4.5 Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion. For App Store and Play Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively. If you think you were charged in error, email info@thereformerclub.shop within 7 days.
5. Use of the Service
5.1 Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
5.2 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Bypass, disable or interfere with security or access controls
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools
- Download, copy, record or redistribute our content without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices
- Impersonate others, upload malicious code, or disrupt other users
5.3 Content access
Your subscription gives streaming access to our lessons. You may not download, store or redistribute content unless the Service explicitly allows it.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our content
All content on the Service — videos, text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by The Reformer Club or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
6.2 Trademarks
"The Reformer Club" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.
6.3 Your feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without compensation or attribution.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Cloudflare (video). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 No medical advice
Our pilates, reformer and fitness content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. You take part at your own risk.
9.3 Availability
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE REFORMER CLUB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Reformer Club and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
12. Termination
12.1 By you
- Cancel your subscription (see above), and/or
- Delete your account in Account → settings.
12.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination your licence ends, you must stop using the Service, and we may delete your account and data. No refunds are due except where required by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Geographic scope
The Service is operated from the European Union and intended for use where it is legally available. We make no claim that it is appropriate for use in every location.
15. Governing law and disputes
15.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
15.2 Informal resolution
Before any formal action, please contact us at info@thereformerclub.shop so we can try to resolve the matter.
15.3 Courts
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual-property rights.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

18.1 Apple App Store
- These Terms are between you and The Reformer Club, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
- You must comply with Apple's terms.
18.2 Google Play Store
- These Terms are between you and The Reformer Club, not Google.
- Google has no obligation to provide support for the app.
- You must comply with Google Play's terms.
